Parcels are usually sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped with DHL. We will provide a link to track your parcel online.

Estimated delivery dates include seller's packaging time, the zip code of the sender, recipient's ZIP Code and the timing of acceptance and depend on the selected shipping service and receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary, particularly during festive seasons.

Boxes are appropriately large and your articles are well-protected. VAT: 22.0% (included in the sale price). If you have questions about VAT, contact the seller. The real applicable VAT may vary depending on the final sale.

The choice of the courier takes place through precise parameters that allow a safe and efficient delivery.

How can I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service and perform the procedure that will be shown to you. The products must be in perfect condition.

What is the valid term for refunds?

The term for any refund is 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

For custom orders and intimate items "these items", unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot return or exchange.

Do I have to pay the refund?

The return shipment to our warehouse is charged to the customer, who can choose the courier or post office he/she prefers. The return is free if the product has manufacturing defects not attributable to wear or improper use by the customer or in case of receiving unsorted items.
